She brings a rare combination of technical expertise, business strategy, and human-centered design to her coaching, grounded in a 37+ year career spanning industry-leading, global Fortune 50 and 100 companies. With a background in Systems Analysis and Psychology, Kelly has led across technology, branding and design strategy, HR and sales. Her work blends left-brain logic with right-brain creativity, making her uniquely equipped to guide clients through both strategic pivots and deeply personal transformations.
Kelly is an ICF-certified (ACC) coach, trained by the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching and specializing in Energy Leadership/ELI Assessment and Hogan Leadership Assessments. She holds certifications in Design Thinking (Stanford d.school), DEI in Leadership (Miami University), and is a trained Stephen Minister, bringing compassion and presence into every conversation. Her clients – ranging from executives at Fortune 50 companies to nonprofit leaders and entrepreneurs – span industries, life stages, cultures and continents.

She lives in Grand Rapids, Michigan with her husband/best friend/adventure partner and their three rescue pups. Frequent travel to Cincinnati and Southeast Ohio keeps her close to work, friends and family. Her grown children have her heart as they make waves of their own in Chicago.
