2023 was a year that saw Old National Bank demonstrate the strength and stability of our organization, as well as the mettle and character of our culture. We established new organizational records for earnings despite a very challenging operating environment. And we did this while continuing to invest in our communities and in the growth and development of our team members. In our annual letter to our shareholders, Lead Independent Director Becky Skillman and I share our thoughts on the passion and resiliency our team members demonstrated throughout 2023. We also reflect on Old National’s commitment to exceeding the expectations of our clients, strengthening our communities, and providing long-term value to our shareholders. I have included a copy of the letter below and encourage you to take time out to read it.

Yesterday, ONB team members throughout our company participated in an afternoon “Walk to Remember” to honor the five members of our ONB family we tragically lost one year ago in Louisville. One of our primary IT partners, India-based Infosys, demonstrated their solidarity and support by participating as well - even though it was 11:45 pm in India at the time of the walk. We want to say thank you to our partners and friends from Infosys for their love, care and support!

This afternoon, Old National team members across our footprint participated in a Walk to Remember in honor of Josh Barrick, Deana Eckert, Tommy Elliott, Juliana Farmer and Jim Tutt. We walked – as one, united ONB family – to demonstrate our pledge to never forget. Thank you to our team members for supporting each other over the past year.
