Very pleased and will definitely use them again. We had a drain problem and Natalie and Ryan came out and did a great job and explained everything and did what they could do to fix the problem but it really needed a plumber and she called back to the office and scheduled one of their plumbers to come out and Jacob came out and explained everything just like Natalie did and fixed the problem. We only got billed for the plumbers service call. Very pleased with Natalie, Ryan and Jacob and the price we were charged was excellent.

I called to request a plumber who knew rinnai tankless water heaters. Mine, I explained, has had error codes intermittently over the past year and I wanted to be shown how to clear the errors correctly.

They arrived in a few days from my call, two journeyman and asked for my manual and found the number for support and told me to call them when I had errors.

Paid the fee for the trip charge which was ridiculous because I did not receive any info that I requested.

Thought about calling to let them know and thought if they didn't listen to me the first time on the phone what would another call matter?

I hired Service Professor for one of their drain cleaning promotions ($99 special at that time). As soon as he arrived, the tech complained and whined about the stairway in which he had to bring the auger tool (as if I could install new stairs for him). He began his work roto-tooling the drain and as soon as the smallest amount of water began to flow he started his high pressure sales pitch on their monthly subscription service. When I declined, he threatened to stop the drain clearing service because he had "legally" fulfilled his obligation to "restore flow" to the drain. This was literally 5 minutes into the work. He did stick around for another 15 minutes working on the drain.

When he wrapped up his work, he suggested the best way to solve this from happening would be to spend $11,000 on a drain liner service that they offered. I now understood why they were discounting the cleaning service

He also places six 8.5" x 11" bright yellow stickers all over my basement with Service Professor's phone number and list of services on it. These are nearly impossible to remove. When you start to peel them off, the glossy side of the sticker seperates from the backing and leaves a white, paperlike residue on every surface he stuck them on. I'll never use them again.

Stay as far away from this business as you can. Long story short, I hired them to clean my air ducts, and they wasted over 50% of the short window of time we had trying to explain to me how to leave a 5-star review using a QR code when I don't even have a phone that can read QR codes. Why would I leave a 5-star review before you even started working? They ran out of time because they wouldn't listen to me and they left everything in disarray. I've since had technicians from other businesses at my house and they all agree, Service Professor is a laughing stock in the service industry. Just mentioning their name gets an immediate eye roll and chuckle. They charged me full price and never finished the job, knowing full well they had limited time from the instant they showed up. The cherry on top was one of the Service Professor technicians told me "you don't have to change your air filter for 6 months." Which made me immediately inspect it, only to find he damaged the filter housing, wadded up the old filter (no easy task) and shoved it back into the filter housing, which I'm assuming he did because they ran out of time.

I never went with them. The service call price was quoted at 79, and I saw it online for 59. Also they were unable to give me even a rough estimate of the cost for my service. Got really sales pitchy and more than a little pushy on the phone.

I don't recommend anyone use them for electrical, plumbing or HVAC work. They installed a bathroom fan in my house, and didn't do anything to code. They used an uninsulated duct to exhaust the fan through my attic and also left exposed wires in an open junction box in the attic. They are not qualified for the services they offer. The quality is very poor.

We had a furnace and A/C installed. They won't stop bothering me until I give them a better review. I wouldn't recommend using their service. At this point it's just not worth all the hassle. I had to go through so many hoops to get my issue resolved I am regretting choosing them for the job, and it sucks because the technicians are good. It's the managers and up that caused all the hassle.

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. This is a long review but I wanted to warn others of this terrible company. We recently had our old 1950s sewage line replaced/lined with a new fiberglass line because it was backing up and flooding our basement due to tree roots clogging the line. Service Professor (SP) wanted to bust open our asbestos tiling to get to the line (they said they didn't care and were probably going to die of cancer anyway) but we refused and asked them to mark off the area so that we could have a licensed abatement company remove the tiles. They ended up marking the wrong spot so we had to call the abatement company again, thankfully they took the second asbestos removal off our bill. Once the asbestos tiling was properly removed they installed the new fiberglass line. The cement job they did was extremely sloppy and they left a mess.
Everything seemed to be working properly so we installed a floating vinyl floor. I left a hole in the flooring so I could access the cleanout to the new sewage line. Three weeks after the line had been replaced I looked at the cleanout and there was a puddle of water. I checked around the floor to see if I could find other water spots and sure enough there was water everywhere. I had to rip up the entire floor I had just installed and clean up my flooded basement.

The water was coming in from all four walls in our basement at various spots. I immediately called SP to come take a look at the line they just installed. They were able to come the next day and shot a camera down it and said everything looked good. I had two foundation companies take a look at it and both companies suggested the possibility that the new line that was installed cut off the connection to the foundation tile drainage system outlet that was connected to our sewage line. I had a second plumping company take a look at the situation and after shooting a camera they confirmed SP had blocked off our tile drainage system.

I called SP and explained the situation to their customer service call center. They told me they would contact the supervisor and we would hear from them in 24 hours. We didn't, so we called back and received the same message. This went on for three days until we threatened legal action if they didn't contact us before Friday at 5. We received a call from the supervisor five minutes later. The supervisor agreed to come the next week and write a detailed job summary to resolve the problem. The crew that showed up was extremely rude because I told them I wanted a detailed job description but I didn't want them to do the job until I ran it by a second company. At this point I didn't want SP anywhere near my house.

SP provided a job description detailing they would blast holes in the new line to regain connection to our drainage system. I explained their plan to a second company and they stated it was only a temporary solution because the connection would be imperfect. I then called the SP supervisor multiple times and left multiple voice messages with no response. I called the call center multiple times and they said they forwarded the messages to the supervisor but still received no responses.

I threatened legal action once again and the supervisor finally called back. He was extremely rude and tried to make me feel like I was in the wrong for turning his crew around even though we agreed over the phone that I wanted a detailed job description reviewed by another company. He confirmed it was a temporary fix, at which point I requested some kind of compensation for the time, money, and effort I put into this entire process, including the floor I installed and had to rip apart. He again told me I was in the wrong for sending his crew home. I'm now getting an entirely new drainage system installed in my basement because I don't want SP doing anymore work at my house. Every job they did resulted in an issue. They've cost me thousands of dollars and countless hours of my time. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY.

We thought we would try Service Professor to replace a mixer valve on the shower. We had the valve, yet thought best to have a plumber install it. To remove the valve and install the new is a 30 minute job. We did not ask for a quote first, two technicians arrived, spent time going around the home to show my wife shut off valves, we knew about, and upselling more service. Once the tech worked on the replacement, with our supplied part, it was at most 40 minutes. For me to remove the old valve took 10 minutes so I could order the part.

I am sorry I was not home, my wife just paid the invoice. Nice young men, at this price the they should be.

      Total charge $477.00
      No trip charge included.

      So, lesson learned.

I We had a drain pipe that was installed incorrectly when we moved into our home 6 years ago. The water was backed up in the kitchen and the shower stall. And the smell was not pleasant. Service Pro sent Natalie to address the problem. She seemed knowledgeable about what needs to be done to make it work properly. In the mean time, she snaked the drain. And it made the biggest difference! Yay! Thanks so much, Natalie!
