They are extremely courteous, efficient, and reliable, All three employees with whom I acted were respectful They arrived on time, got the job done fast and priced reasonably/ I will use them in the future.

I needed to get rid of a large, heavy 84-inch sofa. I sent a text and a photo, and they got back to me quickly with an estimate that seemed reasonable with their coupon discount. The price was much more affordable than other quotes. On the pickup day, the drivers updated me about the pick-up time. I paid $128.00 PLUS a tip, and they were really appreciative of the tip. Super nice team of three in fact. When you schedule your pickup, you must realize that your drivers might face traffic on the Peninsula, so your pick-up time could be 30 to 45 minutes later than expected. But they called me regularly to update me. I was so impressed with the whole process, and it's a breath of fresh air to have such a good experience.

Second time using Junk King. They're so fast, responsive, and friendly. The pricing is very reasonable. Recommend!

I had a big chunk of concrete I had to get rid of. It used to hold up a old short fencepost, and now it was just an old useless concrete turd that I had to get rid of.

I called Junk King and provided them the dimensions. They needed to send someone by to give me a quote, and this was easy to set up.

The guys came by for the quote (on time) a few days later and were able to pick it up the same day. I was going to get another quote, but they lowered the initial quote by a little and we had a deal.

They did a great job picking up a queen size bed and frame for a great price. Thank you Junk King!

Oh my god, these guys are GOOD. I had Brian, Andrew, and Phillip clear out my house and shed, filling a whole truck in the blink of an eye! Also fantastic to hear that they sort through the larger items to see what can be recycled or donated, rather than it all going to the landfill. They even check to make sure things work and if you're sure you want to get rid of something if it does work! These guys ROCK!!

This service is absolutely incredible! Starting with the easy quote and correspondence of Jennifer, to the fast, friendly a​nd efficient team of Adrian, Marek and Austin, this was the best value for the work they did. Fair pricing, and thorough removal including sweeping afterwards! Can not recommend them enough! ​If all of that wasn't enough to convince you, the time it took them to clean off the back porch I was using for storage was literally completed in 15 minutes!!! They called to let me know they were ahead of schedule and asked if it was ok to arrive early. They actually ended up finishing 4 minutes after their schedule arrival time. Scheduled for 10 and completed by 1004.

They broke a big branch off my tree on the way out. The guy that dropped it off didn't break any branches, but the one picking it up broke the huge limb off the tree.

Giovanni and his partner were very professional and fast with the removal of the junk. The prices were very fair and they were able to remove my junk that same day. I would totally recommend them if you need stuff moved that same day !!
