Commonwealth Senior Living is based in Charlottesville, Virginia, and currently manages 39 senior living communities across Virginia, Maryland, Pennsylvania, Connecticut, Michigan, and Tennessee with a combined capacity of over 3200 residents. 36 of our communities currently offer our specialized Alzheimer’s/Dementia program, Sweet Memories.
